Although we take great care in providing the safest, most comfortable animal transport service available, accidents remain a possibility in certain circumstances beyond our control.

While all our driver/attendants are both licensed and fully insured, the following applies to each individual pet we transport.

We are a fully insured company with comprehensive auto insurance and commercial general liability insurance. The Pet Bus will insure against loss up to $100.00 per pet. You may wish to purchase separate cargo insurance to cover the value of your pet(s). The Pet Bus insurance coverage for up to $100.00 is for animals lost, stolen or killed while in transport. The insurance does not compensate for animals that become ill or expire during or after a normal transport, nor does coverage include losses incurred due to acts of nature. Also, the insurance does not cover for a death incurred due to any pre-existing conditions.
